Belief and Unbelief is a choice

We make decisions every day.  We of our own will and choice decide to believe and have faith or to ignore things.  Knowing we can decide is a truth to build faith on.  No one or no circumstance decides this for us.
We make up our minds to believe and have faith in every circumstance based on God's love for us.

To have faith is simply to Believe. To believe means you have conviction that can not be swayed or turned from because it is so real to you.  There are only two choices. Believe or unbelief.  God shows us that these are the only two choices our minds can make. We may say we have no opinion.  But by that we are saying we do not believe in whatever the subject is.  Faith is action.  It requires stepping out without physical evidence on that belief of faith.  The mother bird of these eggs works daily as if they will hatch and babies will be there.  She works daily to keep the nest clean and warm.  She never quits on it.  She can see eggs but has no sight of baby chicks from these eggs.  Our faith must be first and foremost that God loves us so greatly that everything He allows in our lives is for the best possible things in our life tomorrow.  Whenever that tomorrow is we wait and keep working.
